What are you curious about?

By the age I am now, I’ve found my curiosity less of a force in me in general. I’ve discovered enough to satisfy them.

However! I’ve always enjoyed philosophy and pondering. I enjoyed political philosophy classes as well as all things law, including Constitutional Law in particular. The Bible is also such an amazing read because of the philosophy, intelligence, and beautiful ideas passed on from so long ago. Man has always watched, pondered, and documented the life and world around them and what their output from their experience is.

I’m more at the output phase now and it’s a fun phase because I never know what that output will be until I sit down and let them out.  Pen to paper, I work best. I just get those tools and often don’t know what my mind wants out until it unfolds. I’ve been trying to make the switch to the computer being my output model and it works sometimes, but the output is less colorful. For me, it works best as a work-type of tool lol.

My curiosity has peaked in the political and philosophical arenas over the last 5-10 years merely because of the nature of our country. I stand in awe of how ridiculous things have become and worry that it is the beginning of the end of the best country ever known to exist. We’re too focused on stupid electronics and daily life to see it happening. We endlessly work and our country endlessly gives that money to stupid causes, people completely able to work but don’t, and countries that hate us, with some clearly stating it out loud in groups that venomously chant it! Kindness should never be given to an extent that it weakens itself or morale.

People can hate Trump, but his America first philosophy is a sound one. We’ve aged as a nation and need to pause and go to the doctor for a physical and follow-up care so as not to die. Our kidneys are weak, our heart is faint and our muscles have waned. Our lungs barely have the strength to sing.

Without common concern, love, and attention most things die. Faith, family, country, community all need sunlight, pruning, and constant vigil.

Do you like the United States you see today?
