In a post today I thanked those who serve or served because at any time they could or could have died while doing so for us.
My dad, a veteran, died on Memorial day, not while serving, but at age 59. After this article of stupidity I figured I should elaborate.
We were fortunate not to lose anyone, because like I’ve mentioned before two of my great uncles were MIA in WWII when my Granddad, their much younger brother, died in a car accident.
Hell, bless everyone today, we can all use it!
Happy day, my friends!
