Why is believing in good viewed so badly?
As I see stupid actors/actresses taking a stand on things which fall on various sides of circus coins, I see someone like this man in this story. Who in Hollywood would walk away from their career to fight for the United States?? I’m sure there are some… but who are they? Jim Caviezel, Neal McDonough, Kirk Cameron… the list goes on of actors/actresses being punished or not chosen for roles because they stand by a higher code. What the literal, actual HELL kind of world is this? Did they try to convert all of Hollywood? NO!
Look in the eyes of Jim Caviezel or Neal McDonough and you will see a light, even when they’re playing evil. There is a difference in the way they carry themselves. Let them have their peace and love and leave them the HELL alone. Why not? I adore Jim Caviezel for “Person of Interest” alone and Neal McDonough’s character on “Justified” could NOT have been played by anyone else. I paused, rewound, watched, repeated many of his scenes… until Raylan Givens ‘disarmed’ him. Caviezel took lightning for the Lord and may do it again. I love him, no sexual innuendos attached, which seems to be required most times. Mr. Wahlberg himself has turned to the Lord.
Most “celebrities” would all be acting like Holocaust survivors if they were to be blacklisted. They provide great entertainment, but few and far between are there real people I would want to find for moral or spiritual guidance amongst them.

Caviezel is a devout Catholic. In a 2017 interview, Caviezel talked about the importance of his Catholic faith, the lasting impact that The Passion of the Christ has had on his life, and his special devotion to the Virgin Mary.
