Beef rib roast is my favorite thing on the planet when it comes to meat. Also, I downed a huge cowboy ribeye even after being warned by the waiter it was too large! Weighing 120 lbs, I showed his arse by eating the whole thing plus downing two Coors lights along the way!

I rarely crave sweets but do crave the smell of a grill with beef cooking away! I don’t overindulge often, but I make exceptions at holidays!

Not much for other meats, unless it’s bacon or a fried pork chop!

I follow what my body tells me and still going at 120lbs at 56!
