What food would you say is your specialty?
Old fashioned, pack-on-the-pounds fancy cakes. My best two are Hummingbird and Black Walnut.
A new love is playing with cake layers, icing, coconut, and candy together to make a Ferrero Raffaello taste. I’ve used vanilla sugar cookies and broken/crushed ice cream cones and both were good!
