What’s the best way to build self-confidence?

Mine was prevalent at a young age and I don’t know why. Hard living? Realistic expectations? Simple desires? I think people born with a high drive (D on the DISC profile) have a natural confidence in who they are because it’s built into them. Solid family upbringing can do it, too. The ultimate comradery. Practice and other regular stuff.

If it’s not natural, I’d carefully form people around me who are positive because maybe it’s a behavior that’s programmed and can be changed. Try and fail, rise again. Be realistic and you can do most anything.

Maybe in comparison to siblings you’re not confident but look at everybody else in your world to truly gauge it.

Figure it out, think about it, then DO IT! You KNOW you can!
